We kindly ask that any items being returned must be in their original condition, which includes being unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with their tags still attached. Please exercise caution when trying on garments, as we will not be able to accept returns if they show any signs of wear, such as makeup marks, stains, or the scent of perfume or body odor.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange or store credit. We want you to find the perfect piece therefor store credits do not have an expiry.
Returns must be received within 14 days within Australia or 30 for overseas orders.
No returns on customisations
To initiate your return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, item ordered and note your preference of store credit or exchange.
Once your exchange or store credit has been approved we will email return details.
Please send returned item/s back with tracked postage to ensure it reaches us safely.
We do not cover return postage costs and ask that you send your item back to us with tracked postage as we can only process an exchange or store credit once the item safely reaches us.
If you have received a faulty item please email us within 7 business days of receiving your item with relevant photos. We will cover return postage costs for faulty items.
