SHIPPING

Each one of our pieces is hand made to order and therefore takes a little longer than mass produced brands. 

If you have an urgent order please write this in the notes section on checkout and we will do the very best we can to have it arrive in time for your event. If we think it will not make your event we will contact you prior to posting the item. 

As everything is made to order you can add small changes to the garment just by writing in the notes section on checkout. If it is a bigger change eg. fabric, size or style please ensure you have emailed us prior. 

PROCESSING TIME- Whilst we try to have every order out as soon as we can manage, sometimes we do get overwhelmed with orders and our processing time is delayed. We try to stick to express postage items 1-3 business days of processing time and standard 1-5 business days processing time. This gives us enough time to make your order, quality check it and have it posted.  If we do go over the 5 business day processing time for standard orders we will automatically upgrade your parcel to express. 


STANDARD SHIPPING AUS WIDE OVER $40.00 FREE  - 2-9 days once order has been dispatched and you have received a 'shipped' notification. Under $40.00 orders have a $5.00 shipping charge.

EXPRESS SHIPPING AUS WIDE- $5.00 - 1-3 days after item has been dispatched and you have received a 'shipped' notification. 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE FREE STANDARD OVER $100.00- 1-5 days processing time + allow 6-10 business days for postage. We will issue you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for each countries additional charges & duties. 

Lost Post - We do not offer compensation for lost postage. We do issue tracking numbers and encourage making a call to AUSPOST if your order has not arrived after a 'delivered' notification. 

*Shipping times may vary during busy periods / time of the year - we will strive to remain within this time frame*

REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGES & AFTERPAY

All clothing and accessories must be back to our team within 14 days for a store credit, refund or exchange. This means we must receive the item back to our HQ within 14 days.  Anything received after the 14th day will not be accepted. 

Garments that have been worn, washed, have had tag removed or retuned outside of the 14 day time frame will not be accepted.
 
We do not cover any return postage but are happy to have any exchanges posted to you at our cost.

All money refunds incur a 10% restocking fee & no shipping costs will be refunded. Please chose carefully. 

Store credits will only include full the product price; no shipping costs will be reimbursed.

No refunds, exchanges or store credits on custom items. If there is an issue with your custom piece were happy to fix it. 

As everything is handmade to order, exchanges and store credits can only be issued once due to our current resources.

HOW DO I RETURN
 
Please ensure you attach a copy of your original invoice with a clear note of the item you would like to return for a credit or exchange. Please note what you would like it to be exchanged to in clear words with size.
 
FAULTY ITEM
 
Unfortunately these things do happen sometimes, just send it back to us and we will offer you a full product store credit or exchange- just attach a note outlining the issue as well as if you would like a store credit /exchange.

AFTER PAY

To all the girls who can't wait to get their hands on our fab collections, you'll be happy to hear that we now have Afterpay!

So...what does this mean for you? 

Afterpay will handle the nitty gritty and set you up with four easy, affordable repayments! If you're over 18 and meet all their criteria, create an account and get shopping!!! The payments will be processed with Afterpay and any approval issues will be dealt with through them. 

The full payment plan will be provided by Afterpay.

If you choose to return your items, or want an exchange, the Afterpay payment plan can be cancelled so that you pay nothing. You will incur a 6% cancellation fee and no postage will be refunded.

 If you fail to make a payment you will incur late fees and additional charges. 

POSTAGE 

  • A postage fee is non-refundable
  • All postage fees will be deducted off your return amount

CUSTOM OUTFITS 

  • Choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on ANY custom pieces.
  • We maintain rights to all custom orders including- fabrics and design.
  • There is a chance your custom item may be reproduced- please let us know prior to ordering if you do not want to have your piece recreated ever in the future.
  • Whilst we will endeavour to make all custom outfits all designs will be subject to our personal limitations
