Policy & Procedures

All clothing must be back to our team within 14 days (from receiving) for a store credit, refund or exchange. This means we must receive the item back to our HQ within 14 days. Anything received after the 14th day will not be accepted.

Garments that have been worn, washed, have had tags removed or retuned outside of the 14 day time frame will not be accepted.
 
We do not cover any return postage but are happy to have any exchanges posted to you at our cost.

All money refunds (Including canceled orders) incur a 10% restocking fee & no shipping costs will be refunded. Please chose carefully.

Store credits will only include full the product price; no shipping costs will be reimbursed.

No refunds, exchanges or store credits on custom items. If there is an issue with your custom piece were happy to fix it.

As everything is handmade to order, exchanges and store credits can only be issued once due to our current resources.


Received a faulty Item?

OH NO!!!! Whilst this very rarely happens sometimes mistakes can slip by and we are really sorry :( Please email us with your order name and any images or details of the product and we will sort this out ASAP for you.

STEP 1:   Please ensure your item is eligable for a return prior to organising a return. See above for conditions.

 

STEP 2: We would love to resolve any issues, if you have any please email us - zaliedesigns@gmail.com

 

STEP 3: Please write/print out a note stating your full name (order name) and outlining if you would like an exchange/ store credit (100% back) or a money refund (90% back). Include this note in your parcel so we are aware of your return.

 

STEP 4: Please contact us for the return address

 

STEP 5: Once we receive and have assessed your return we will issue a refund/store credit within 1-5 business days, an exchange can take up to two weeks however we are happy to prioritise urgent exchanges. Depending on your bank branch you may have a further 1-4 business days before the money appears in your account. An email will be sent with confirmation of your refund, if you do not receive this within the allocated time, please contact us at zaliedesigns@gmail.com

Afterpay will handle the nitty gritty and set you up with four easy, affordable repayments! If you're over 18 and meet all their criteria, create an account and get shopping!!! The payments will be processed with Afterpay and any approval issues will be dealt with through them.

The full payment plan will be provided by Afterpay.

If you choose to return your items, or want an exchange, the Afterpay payment plan can be cancelled so that you pay nothing. You will incur a 10% cancellation fee and no postage will be refunded.

If you fail to make a payment you will incur late fees and additional charges delt with through Afterpay.

 

  • A postage fee is non-refundable
  • You will incur a 10% cancelation fee if you wish to return for a refund.
  • Please check your Afterpay account if you are expecting a refund/ canceled order as this will go through your Afterpay account.
