Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


All clothing and accessories must be back to our team within 14 days for a store credit, refund or exchange. This means we must receive the item back to our HQ within 14 days.  Anything received after the 14th day will not be accepted. 

Garments that have been worn, washed, have had tag removed or retuned outside of the 14 day time frame will not be accepted.
 
We don’t provide return shipping at this stage but will cover any exchange of item postage back to you.
 
Store credit will only include the product price; no shipping costs will be refunded.

No refunds, exchanges or store credits on custom items. If there is an issue with your custom piece were happy to fix it. 

As everything is handmade to order, exchanges and store credits can only be issued once due to our current resources.

HOW DO I RETURN
 
Please ensure you attach a copy of your original invoice with a clear note of the item you would like to return for a credit or exchange. Please note what you would like it to be exchanged to in clear words with size.
 
FAULTY ITEM
 
Unfortunately these things do happen sometimes, just send it back to us and we will offer you a full product store credit or exchange- just attach a note outlining the issue as well as if you would like a store credit /exchange.

AFTER PAY

To all the girls who can't wait to get their hands on our fab collections, you'll be happy to hear that we now have Afterpay!

So...what does this mean for you? 

Afterpay will handle the nitty gritty and set you up with four easy, affordable repayments! If you're over 18 and meet all their criteria, create an account and get shopping!!! The payments will be processed with Afterpay and any approval issues will be dealt with through them. 

The full payment plan will be provided by Afterpay.

If you choose to return your items, or want an exchange, the Afterpay payment plan can be cancelled so that you pay nothing. You will incur a 6% cancellation fee and no postage will be refunded.

 If you fail to make a payment you will incur late fees and additional charges. 

POSTAGE 

  • A postage fee is non-refundable
  • All postage fees will be deducted off your return amount

 SHIPPING

Please allow about a week for your new piece to be delivered and in your hot little hands. 

Each piece is made to order and therefore takes a little longer, we appreciate your patience. 
If you have an urgent order please write this in the notes section on checkout and we will do the very best we can.

As everything is made to order you can add any changes to the garment just by writing in notes on checkout or emailing us these changes- eg if you're tall to add length or email only about colour options. 

PROCESSING TIME- depending on the time of the year sometimes we can get started on your order that day but sometimes it can take 3 days. Please allow 1-3 days for processing time before you receive a 'shipped' notification. We do our best to get to your order posted as soon as we can and we understand urgency in some cases. Please send us en email if you're desperate for your order asap and we will do our best to get it to you the following day.


STANDARD SHIPPING AUS WIDE $9.00  - 2-9 days once order has been dispatched and you have received a 'shipped' notification

EXPRESS SHIPPING AUS WIDE- $12.00 - 1-3 days after item has been dispatched and you have received a 'shipped' notification

Lost Post - We do not offer compensation for lost postage

*Shipping times may vary during busy periods / time of the year - we will strive to remain within this time frame*

 Custom Outfits

  • There is a flat rate fee of $20.00 for all custom changes 
  • Choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on ANY custom outfits 
  • Whilst we will endeavour to make all custom outfits all designs will be subject to our personal limitations
